The MJD340T4 device is a silicon Epitaxial-Base NPN transistor designed for full switching and linear amplifier applications. This device is designed for high-speed and high-voltage operation over an extended temperature range.

The MJD340T4 is a high-gain power NPN transistor and it has excellent hFE linearity with low saturation voltage. It features a voltage rate of change of 16.7V/ns (LINEARITY SPERATION OF 10%) and excellent dynamic storage time due to its high current gain-bandwidth product and current gain-cutoff frequency product. The MJD340T4 also has an improved current gain margin of 25, which makes it ideal for use in high-frequency matching circuits.

The MJD340T4 device is suitable for use in amplifier stages, switching circuits, and power switching applications.
