The ZVN3306A is an Enhancement Mode N-channel MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) developed by Diodes Incorporated. It is suitable for a wide range of applications and has a unique set of characteristics to meet the demands of today’s power and efficiency intensive designs. The ZVN3306A is a very low on-resistance MOSFET that can handle up to 1.1A of continuous current, allowing it to be used to drive heavier loads than other similar MOSFETs. Additionally, the ZVN3306A has an ultra-low RDS(on) which makes it very efficient in power applications, with minimal power losses.
