The IPS05N03LA (G) is a single N-channel Enhancement Logic Level, low threshold and high-density MOSFET (Metal Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor). It has the characteristics of low gate threshold voltage, low turn-on voltage, good charge carrier injection characteristics, high reliability and good electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. The device is specified over the temperature range of -40 °C to 150 °C.
