.The IRFP3710PBF is a N-Channel Enhancement-Mode Power MOSFET manufactured by Infineon Technologies AG, designed for power applications like switch-mode power supplies and motor control applications. It is an ideal product offering excellent switching performance while providing high safe operating area (SOA) and low gate charge. This device features fast switching, low on-resistance and low gate charge, as well as low capability of conducting Miller current.
The IRFP3710PBF is ideal for high-voltage, high-current switching applications such as switch-mode power supplies (SMPS) or motor control applications. It can operate at voltages up to 100 V and is capable of supplying currents up to 60A. It can also be used in DC-DC converters, hot swap controllers, battery management systems and more.
The IRFP3710PBF is a high voltage, enhancement mode N-Channel MOSFET. It has an extremely low gate-to-drain capacitance, making it great for high-frequency applications. It has an exceptionally fast switching speed, low on-resistance, and high current handling capability. It can handle up to 60A of continuous drain current and 100V of drain to source voltage.
The IRFP3710PBF works on the principle of voltage controlled current flow. The gate terminal is the control terminal and it is used to control the drain current by controlling the voltage that is applied to the gate terminal.
