The MCH6601-TL-E is a dual N-Channel MOSFET array. As a group of N-Channel FETs, the devices are formed by connecting two FETs in parallel or series through source or drain. As an array, they share the same source and drain, each providing control of the two FETs, thus having an individual gate control.
