PD57018S is an enhancement mode high voltage RF Power MOSFET which has been designed specifically for broadband applications in the 50–600MHz frequency range. It is suitable for use in a wide range of high power applications such as radio transmitters and amplifiers, transmit/receive switches, high power linear amplifiers, switching applications and so on.
