AON6362P is a single N-channel enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) designed with an advanced trench power structure. This device utilizes the latest in advanced processing technology that enables low RDS(ON) and fast switching time while also containing ESD rated at a very large ±20 KV HBM. The significant performance characteristics that have been implemented in the AON6362P make it an excellent choice for power management applications.

At the most basic level, a FET is an electronic device that uses an electric field to control the resistance of a conduction path between its source and drain electrodes.
