AON6532P is a high-performance enhancement-mode n-channel power MOSFET based on the widely accepted SuperMESH technology. The device has a strong driving capability with great Rds(on) performance, low cost and low gate charge. This makes it an ideal choice for low voltage, high current, point-of-load (POL) and other power management applications.

AON6532P is built using an advanced PowerTrench process that combines strong hot electron resistance and low gate charge for excellent performance. The device is qualified for AEC-Q101 certification (which is the automotive industry standard for electronic components). The drain-source breakdown voltage (BVdss) is -55V, and the maximum drain current (Id) is -3.3A.

The AON6532P can operate in both enhancement and depletion modes, and it features low RDS(on) and fast switching speed.
