<p>The CPH6341-M-TL-W is a depletion mode, complementary MOSFET with a threshold voltage of around -2.1V. It is used in a variety of applications as a low voltage switch, for example, for digital logic and analog switching, as well as for power switching circuits.</p><p>The main benefit of using the CPH6341-M-TL-W is the low voltage operation. By operating at a reduced voltage, power consumption is kept to a minimum and this leads to increased efficiency. In these applications, some type of voltage or current sensing device, such as an opto-isolator, is used to sense the voltage or current in the output.
