The FDC6401N is an integrated circuit that is part of the FET (Field Effect Transistor) arrays family and more specifically MOSFETs (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistors). The FDC6401N is an 8-channel n-type load switch array. It was specifically designed for power management and load switching applications.
