IRF2807ZPBF is a N-channel, Hexfet Power MOSFET. It\'s an advanced high voltage MOSFET that is specifically designed to optimize the switching performance of inverters and motor control circuits. The device has built-in protection features that make it extremely suitable for such applications. The IRF2807ZPBF has two distinct advantages over other similar MOSFETs: lower on-resistance and better temperature stability.

Field of Application

The IRF2807ZPBF is suitable for applications such as motor drives, power supplies, switch-mode power supplies, ac-dc converters, lighting ballasts, home appliances and solar inverters. It is capable of operating at voltages from 20V to 500V and can handle currents up to 100A. Operating Principle

The operation of the IRF2807ZPBF is based on the MOSFET principle. It consists of an N-channel MOSFET, which is formed by a series of interconnected N-type MOSFET channels. A gate voltage is applied to the device in order to control the current flow through the MOSFET.
