IRG7PH42UPBF is a state-of-the-art IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) device developed by international semiconductor company Infineon Technologies. It belongs to the Single IGBTs family, that belongs to the broader family of Transistors.

The purpose of this device is to efficiently switch electric current and offer high levels of efficiency. The device is suitable for high performance switching applications in various power electronics sectors like power converters, motor drives, welding machines, and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS).
