The STP9NK60ZFP is a N-Channel Zener-protected SuperMESH™ power MOSFET. This advanced power MOSFET utilizes SuperMESH™ design which combines the best performances of the field-stop and DMOS technologies resulting in very low on-resistance and fast switching. This high-density power MOSFET also has integrated Zener diodes that protect the gate terminal from potential destruction due to direct ESD.
Application fields and Working Principle
The STP9NK60ZFP offers the capability of handling both linear and switching loads. This makes it ideal for use in a wide range of applications such as DC-DC, AC-DC, or AC-DC converters, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), laser drivers, blowers and motor control, audio power amplifiers, telecommunications, automotive, and consumer electronics.
The STP9NK60ZFP works on the principle of a metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET).
