IPP03N03LA Application Field and Working Principle

Working Principle

The IPP03N03LA is a constant on-time controller with a low side driver in a power fence MOSFET. It helps to reduce the conduction losses, minimize the switching losses and improve the efficiency due to its low RDS (ON).

The IPP03N03LA is configured by two input signals : GATE and ENABLE.
