IPP093N06N3GXKSA1 is a N-channel enhancement-mode field-effect transistor (FET) from from ON Semiconductor. It is designed for high-speed switching applications. It is most commonly used for switchmode power supplies, servo motor control, battery chargers, converters, voltage-regulator modules and general-purpose switch applications.
This type of FET is an enhancement-mode device, which means it acts as an electronic switch at higher signal levels. It is commonly used as an electronic switch because it is capable of handling very high switching speeds due to its low on-state resistance. It also works at very low signal levels, allowing it to be used in a wide range of applications.
The device is manufactured using the latest in advanced power MOSFET technology and is rated for up to 55 V and 18 A of continuous drain current.
