The IRF9530STRR is a N-channel enhancement Power Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor (MOSFET) for high voltage, low current applications. This MOSFET is produced by Vishay Intertechnology and features a 13A maximum drain current, 30V maximum drain-to-source voltage, and a 95mΩ maximum on-resistance. The device also has a low gate threshold voltage of 4V maximum as well as fast switching speeds of 15ns max turn-on time, 25ns max turn-off time, and 15ns max delay time. It is suitable for many applications including Power Management, Motor Drive, and DC-DC Converters.
