IRLS3813TRLPBF is a single channel sensitive gate, depleted mode, N-channel enhancement mode and vertical DMOS transistor from Infineon Technology. This transistor is specifically designed for absolute maximum ratings of power dissipation, resistance, and dielectric strength.
