IRLS4030-7PPBF is a p-channel power metal-oxide-semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET). It is the 40V version of the International Rectifier (IR) family of enhancement mode devices. IRLS4030-7PPBF provides a wide range of protection against over-current, under-voltage, over-voltage, and high temperatures. It also has a high frequency switching capability.

The IRLS4030-7PPBF is a high voltage and power MOSFET with a drain source voltage rating of 40V, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including audio amplifiers, switching power supplies and motor drives. The transistor offers low ON-resistance (RDS-ON) of 6.8 mΩ and a drain current of -12 A (IDSS). These parameters enable high efficiency power conversion and switching applications.
