AO4411 is an enhancement mode MOSFET transistor, widely used in a variety of applications. The device is designed with a depletion layer that allows electrons to flow freely when activated. As a type of MOSFET, AO4411 is a three-terminal device, comprising of a source, a drain, and a gate. It is able to act as either an amplifier or a switch, depending on the configuration used.
