AO4430L is a low gate charge and low on-resistance N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET manufactured by Alpha & Omega Semiconductor (AOS). This MOSFET features fast switching speeds, low gate drive requirements, and low on-resistance, making it ideal for high-speed switching applications such as those found in power supplies and audio amplifiers. AO4430L is part of the AO4400L family of MOSFETs from AOS.

The AO4400L family of MOSFETs includes the AO4430L and the AO4431L, which offer low gate charge and low on-resistance values of 31 mOhm and 18 mOhm, respectively. In addition, the AO4430L and AO4431L offer fast switching speeds of 10 to 20 ns, depending on the gate voltage applied. As a result, the devices are well suited for use in high-speed switching applications.

At the heart of AO4430L is an N-channel enhancement type MOSFET. This means that the current flow through the device is limited or inhibited when the gate of the MOSFET is left unconnected.
