AO4456 is a single high-voltage and low-on-resistance MOSFET (Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) of the AO44XX family. It is an ideal choice for various applications, such as switching load power supplies, motor drive and control, as well as high-frequency circuit design (Class D and Class F amplifiers).

This MOSFET features top-quality silicon die and is designed with very low characterisation, high-speed switching and low Ron (on-resistance). It is fabricated with the use of premium grade silicon wafers, which give it superior temperature, current and voltage performance.

AO4456 is capable of withstanding very heavy in-rush currents due to its low thermal resistance (Rth). It has an extremely low on-resistance, which allows the user to operate it at higher currents and voltages, while maintaining a very low power dissipation.
