AO4486 Application Field and Working Principle

AO4486 is a type of low-voltage, low-power, field-effect transistor (FET) designed to use in high-speed circuits, such as those used for video and audio applications. Conversely, when the voltage of the gate is equal to the source voltage, the transistor enters the depletion mode, and current flow is blocked. Depending on the circuit, the gate voltage of the device is varied to control and direct the flow of current.
