AO4459L

AO4459L is an enhancement mode n-channel low side MOSFET (metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor) designed to be moderately efficient when switching large loads. It has a linear transfer characteristic. As the voltage applied to the gate terminal increases, the drain current increases linearly. The voltage applied to the gate is equal to the threshold voltage for the device, which is typically about 2V to 4V.
