AOs4402 is a high-performance N-channel MOSFET advanced for enhanced power management efficiency. The AOs4402 has the dual advantage of high impedance gate terminals and low ON-resistance to facilitate instant current flow and low heat dissipation. It is available in packages such as TO-220F, TO-220FP, and SOP-8MT.
The primary application area of AOs4402 is high-grade power supply management.
