AO4494H is a type of field-effect transistor (FET) from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor. This type of transistor is a single N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET, which is an ideal switch for industrial, consumer, automotive, and power management applications where robustness and ease of use are important.
