IRFS644BYDTU_AS001 is an enhancement mode power field effect transistor (FET) manufactured by International Rectifier. IRFS644BYDTU_AS001 is a N-channel, single gate, insulated gate transistor capable of both low and high voltage operation. The IRFS644BYDTU_AS001 is a high current performance n-channel FET with a low on-state resistance and a low gate input capacitance (Cgs). It features an on-state drain-source current rating of up to 4A, a Vds of 12V, and a low gate input capacitance of 58pF.
