IRL630STRLPBF is a low impedance, fastest surface-mount International Rectifier UltraFET power MOSFET. It is a single transistor having an ammeter and voltage meter to measure its transistors. This MOSFET is extremely versatile and highly efficient; optimized for high current applications and high frequency performance. It is especially suitable for applications such as server, high-end consumer, and automotive system power supply and permanent magnet motor drives.

The working principle of IRL630STRLPBF MOSFET is based on the principle of operation of power MOSFETs. It utilizes a voltage gate to control the flow of electrons.
