IXGT32N60BD1 Application Field and Working Principle

Integrated Gate-Commutated Thyristors (IGCTs) and insulated-gate bipolar transistors (IGBTs) are two commonly used advanced power devices. In particular, IXGT32N60BD1, a 600V IGBT module, is widely used in motor control, light dimming, UPS, Servo and welding industries.

Working Principle

This helps save cost and power, since the lower gate voltage results in lower power consumption.
