The NTB60N06G is a part of the TT Electronics line of N-Channel PowerTrench® MOSFETs. It is an integrated Dual N-Channel Enhancement Mode Power MOSFET, which is capable of reducing RDS(on) in the low voltage range. It is based on the process of STripFET®, which is a special combination of power MOSFET and a fast recovery diffusion diode.
