Working Principle

The NTLUS4195PZTBG is a single example of an enhancement-mode, low voltage N-channel MOSFET, which operates on the principle of applying a voltage between the gate and source to control the current flow between the drain and the source. The charge carriers are typically electrons, although MOSFETs with holes (p-type devices) are also available.When the gate-to-source voltage (VGS) of an N-channel MOSFET is below the threshold voltage (Vth), the MOSFET is in the off-state, and little or no current flows between the drain and the source.
