The STD70NS04ZL is a single N-channel MOSFET designed for low voltage and very low current consumption in surface-mount, leadless packages. It offers all the advantages of siliconGate technology with the added feature of extremely low on resistance. Moreover, it has low gate input capacitance, low threshold voltage and low operating voltages. STD70NS04ZL MOSFETs have a slightly asymmetric transfer function with an I D Groove voltage of -1.5V and an extended V GS range for improved on-resistance.
