AOTF11S65L is a p-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET which is widely used in power management, switching and level shifting applications. The AOTF11S65L is designed to provide low power losses and high channel-to-channel consistency and is suitable for applications from DC to 2.5 GHz.
The AOTF11S65L is constructed from the most advanced and reliable technologies available. Its construction features a low-resistance silicon substrate, low-resistance gates, a low-resistance drain and source, and an isolation dielectric.
