The AOTF292L is a high-performance, single-pole, single-throw (SPST) MOSFET transistor that is used for power switching applications requiring extremely low on resistance. It is comprised of an N-channel enhancement MOSFET and an integrated electrostatic discharge (ESD) diode, in addition to an internal thermal overload protection. This is known as the cutoff region, in which no current can flow through the device. The result is a transistor that can be used for switching operations with a very low on resistance and very high speed.
