The APTM20TDUM16PG is a transistor in transistors – Field Effect Transistors (FETs) – MOSFETs – Arrays category. It is a MOSFET array with high drain-source breakdown voltages as it belongs to the A-SU (Super Junction) series which is based on advanced trench MOSFET technology with super junction structure.
