The device has a low on-state resistance, RDS(ON), which makes the device ideal for high-speed, low-persistence switching applications.

The device\'s maximum drain current, ID, is limited by the maximum drain-source voltage, VDS. When the device is on, the drain-source voltage, V DS, is limited to V DS(Max).
