The DMP3098LQ-7 is a single N-Channel Power MOSFET that can be used in a wide range of applications requiring power switching. This device is manufactured using specially developed Field Stop Trench Technology and features enhanced ESD performance and excellent thermal stability.

The DMP3098LQ-7 utilizes a grounded source and drain which results in an extremely low absolute maximum RDS(on) value. This device features a maximum RDS(on) of 10.9 mΩ at 10V and has a guaranteed max RDS(on) of 28mΩ at a gate voltage of 10V. The maximum gate charge is also low at a value of 0.44nC.
