The DMP3130L-7 is a n-channel enhancement-mode MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor) with an extremely low on-resistance. The gate threshold voltage is low enough to enable high-speed switching with low power consumption. It is ideal for power switching applications such as high-current High-Power Audios, DC-DC converters, remote control of motors, battery chargers and power supplies.

The typical application field of the DMP3130L-7 comprises of high-current, low-loss switching power supplies, high-current High-Power Audios, DC-DC converters, remote control of motors, UPS systems and battery chargers.
