The ECH8693R-TL-W is a small, low power, low capacitance and fast response N-channel MOSFET array. It is mainly used in high-speed switching circuits, low voltage analog signal circuit and portable appliances, among others. By using a multi-layered dual gate structure and built-in electrostatic protection, it allows for low power operation, low saturation voltage (Vds) and low on resistance (Rds).

This MOSFET array is designed for use as a simple switch or driver with low leakage current, fast switching speeds and controlled internal capacitance for low power applications. The high speed and low on resistance are combined with low gate charge and minimal gate-source voltage variance, which make them ideal for operation in high-speed switching applications. They can also be used to switch and drive analog signals, especially in audio/video/data processing, communications, switching/controlling systems and low power amplifier circuits.

The ECH8693R-TL-W is composed of a dual gate MOSFET array with multiple gates connected in parallel to enable high-speed performance. This MOSFET array is designed with an embedded electrostatic protection that prevents damage generated by human body electrostatic discharges (ESD). This design provides ESD protection up to 8KV, which exceeds the JEDEC ESD test requirements. Furthermore, it provides an array of four MOSFETs in a single chip, making it ideal for applications related to switch/buffer driving, voltage sensing and low power switching.

The working principle of the ECH8693R-TL-W is based on the field-effect transistors (FET). FETs are voltage-controlled elements that are used as switches or amplifiers and are mainly used in analog and digital circuits.
