The ECH8410-TL-H is a high-performance, power MOSFET featuring a low on-resistance. This MOSFET operates over a wide voltage range and is designed specifically to reduce switching losses in motor control and power conversion circuits. The MOSFET is a three terminal device and is made up of three separate layers. It features an insulated-gate field-effect transistor (IGFET) junction, which provides a low on-resistance path when conducting and a fast switching speed.
