FQPF9N25 is a Single N-channel Enhancement mode MOSFET which consists of a source, a gate, and a drain. Working Principle:
FQPF9N25 works on the principles of a MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor). A MOSFET is a transistor that uses a voltage to control current. When voltage is applied to the gate of the transistor, electrons flow from the source to the drain and then from the drain to the source. This electron flow creates an electric field in the channel of the MOSFET which enables the current to flow.
