IRF7306PBF is a fifth-generation semiconductor device – a field-effect transistor array with three N-channel depletion-mode MOSFETs with common source. This device is made from the original Power MOSFET type VI from International Rectifier, Inc. It is designed specifically for high-temperature applications, with operating temperature ranging from -55 °C to +200 °C.

The IRF7306PBF main application field lies in linear and switching regulation, as well as low-side output switching. It can be used in industries such as lighting, robotics, military, computer and networking, automotive, and power supplies, among many others. It is also very commonly used in high-side switching applications since its high voltage threshold of 500V and the fact that when its gate is used as the supply pin it can suppress ringing.

This device offers excellent gate charge x RDS(on) product performance by employing advanced trench power MOSFET technology and is capable of managing extremely low on-state resistance. IRF7306PBF is designed for high-side switching operations and its peak current is about 10A.

The working principle of this device is based on the phenomenon of electric fields. The transistor consists of three terminals named gate, drain and source.
