The IRF7306TR is a 12-V, 0.45-mΩ, HEXFET® Array Power MOSFET, consisting of six N-channel MOSFETs housed in a standard plastic package. This MOSFET array is designed to provide a low R_DS(on) and high current efficiency for power switching applications. It is capable of handling up to 26 A of peak current and up to 0.2 A of continuous current. The array is also available with an adjustable driver to reduce ringing and EMI on the output.

The IRF7306TR is widely used in high-power applications such as switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, and telecom/network switching. Each cell in the array is independently switchable. The gate voltage of each cell is controlled by an external signal. When the signal is high, the cell is turned on, allowing current to flow through the drain and source connection of the cell. When the signal is low, the cell is turned off and no current can flow through the drain and source connection of the cell.
