IRF7329TR is an N-Channel Power MOSFET array that is used for a wide range of applications in different segments of industrial, automotive and consumer markets. The device is made from three layer silicon dioxide film and is based on the well-known advanced trench metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFET) technology. It provides excellent performance, low gate charge and on-resistance while supporting high-power applications.

The IRF7329TR array consists of two short-channel, normally-on and normally-off N-Channel MOSFETs.
