IRF7756TR is an advanced using N-channel insulated gate field-effect transistors (IGFETs) array device has been specifically designed for low on and off state resistance and excellent switching characteristics. With its unique FET design, good surface mounting technology, excellent robustness and reliability and integrated shield ideal for EMI/RFI protection, it is widely used in power supply, back light control, audio amplifier and other power control applications.

The IRF7756TR has four independent N-channel IGFET transistors arranged in a isolated package and it is able to handle extremely high drain current. The device has an excellent switching and on/off performance with characteristics such as a fast response time, low gate charge, low gate resistance and high gate voltage. It also has low on-state resistance and off-state leakage, improved power dissipation and temperature-dependent characteristics.

The major application field of the IRF7756TR is power management. It is often used in power supplies, back light control and other applications where efficient and precise power control is required. It also finds applications in audio amplifier circuits and other low power control applications.
