The IRF7910PBF device is a monolithic N-channel power MOSFET array designed for High voltage switching applications. It typically can be used in automotive circuit systems, consumer & computer boards, telecommunications, and many other applications. This device is offered in a low-cost SOT-223 package and is ESD protected. Its drain-to-source voltage (VDSS) is up to 100V. The maximum drain current is about 2.4A and the maximum power dissipation is about 2W. All the transistors contained in the device share the same gate terminal to help reduce the gate control power. Furthermore, its output gate charge is low, so it requires less gate control current.

The IRF7910PBF consists of three N-channel power MOSFETs. This device is provided with separate source connections. The connections are connected together at the drain. The drain and source connections of each transistor are connected to a central and independent gate. This gate connection can be used as a control terminal to drive the individual transistors in the device.

The IRF7910PBF is designed to provide an easy-to-use and efficient route for controlling three independent N-Channel MOSFETs.
