The IRFR120NTRRPBF is a dual N-Channel Power MOSFET used in various applications. It is an N-channel enhancement mode power field-effect transistor (MOSFET) manufactured using high voltage CMOS technology and is suitable for use as a load switch in many applications. This device has low on-resistance leads to low power dissipation in applications where low-side switching is used. The IRFR120NTRRPBF also includes an integrated overvoltage protection circuit.
