The IRFR3518PBF is a three-terminal silicon MOSFET with a rated drain current (ID) of 30A and a maximum drain-source voltage (VDS) of 55V. It is a single N-channel MOSFET with a high enhancement-mode field-effect transistor that is designed to switch high currents with low on-resistance and low gate drive requirements. It uses an advanced vertical power MOSFET structure which offers improved performance, reliability and excellent energy efficiency. The IRFR3518PBF works with the n-channel MOSFET operation principle. This operation principle is based on the effect of a gate voltage applied to the p-n junction between the drain and source.
