The IRL2910STRL is a single MOSFET that was developed by International Rectifier Corporation. It is a triple-diffused MOSFET with a 30V Drain-Source Breakdown Voltage rating and a 3 mΩ/4 mΩ/6 mΩ Drain-Source On Resistance rating, respectively. The device has a low Qrr reverse recovery charge, making it suitable for high speed switching applications. It also features a fast turn-on and turn-off time, which makes it suitable for voltage regulation and power switches.

The IRL2910STRL has a wide range of applications. It is commonly used in high frequency power conversion, such as with switching mode power supplies, DC/DC converters, and inverters.
