MCH6337-TL-E is a P-channel enhancement-mode field effect transistor (FET) designed for applications as a switching device in computers, air conditioners and other electronics products. This FET is manufactured using the highly enhanced Direct Ion Implantation (DII) process, which provides excellent current conduction, low junction-gate capacitance, ultra-low input leakage current and improved charging time. This makes it ideal for applications where high-current switching is required, such as in high-speed switching circuits.

The MCH6337-TL-E features an N-channel, sublinear-mode FET, which allows it to conduct current with minimal switching loss. This makes it an excellent choice for applications where low conduction losses are important, like switching high-voltage circuits. In addition, the FET has an extremely low static on-resistance, making it suitable for use in high-power switching applications, such as computer power supplies. The FET also features a very low gate threshold level, providing excellent efficiency when used for applications requiring rapid switching.

The MCH6337-TL-E is comprised of a source, gate and drain.
