NTD6416ANLT4G is a single N-channel Power MOSFET. It is designed for high-reliability and temperature operation up to 175°C.

As a power MOSFET, NTD6416ANLT4G provides excellent performance in either high side or low side switching applications. Its superior avalanche capabilities allow it to be used in high voltage, high speed switch mode power applications. Application Field

Working Principle

NTD6416ANLT4G is made up of two types of transistors, N-channel and P-channel. The transistors are connected to each other via a channel. The N-channel is controlled by a gate voltage, the P-channel by a drain voltage. When a voltage is applied to the gate of the N-channel, it turns on and a current can flow between the source and drain, resulting in a drain-source current that can be pinched off by adjusting the gate-source voltage.

When a voltage is applied to the gate, it opens and allows a current to flow between the source and drain. The current flow is regulated by the gate voltage (Vgs). As the voltage increases, the current flow increases and, as the voltage decreases, the current flow decreases.
